Let's not start that debate, please. I get enough of it in RL.

And the whole mid-sized dragon thing makes sense...unless Spiky is still growing. I can imagine that with their long lifespans, Spiky's got lots of time to grow. But I think Ak would have to answer that.

I can do that ... Spiky is still growing. And Alexander hasn't reached his full size yet, either :)

Alexander is Edgar's dragon right?

But I just realized that if Spiky were growing, she'd have to hit that "mid-size" somewhere along the line.

I guess that depends on whether you ask Alexander or Edgar ;P

I think that would fulfill the curse, since he would kill a dragon. And if the dragon would agree that Vincent can do it, he shouldn't be in huge danger (I would still be really cautious around dragons, no matter what). Then the biggest problem would be how to actually kill one, since Vincent can't use weapons.

Maybe hitting a wounded dragon hard enough might do it, but I doubt he'd have the constitution to do it in the end.

I doubt dragons get wounded that much very often or very easily. I suppose he could have a friend wound a dragon, but that might make the dragons say that the friend did most of the work and is responsible, while Vincent just finished it off.

How about drowning or suffocation? That doesn't require any weapons, though we haven't seen any bodies of water in the comic at all and I'm not sure on how to go about suffocating a dragon when it can breathe fire.

There is a lake nearby. (It's in #175, but I can't draw water ;P)

I think it would just require lots of water. Small pond might not be enough, if the dragon decides to evaporate that with flames.

But it would be a good idea. Vincent could tie a dragon's legs, hands and wings so that it can't fly or walk anymore and then roll it into a boat a row in the middle of the lake. The boat would be filled with stones so that it would barely stay afloat. Then in the middle of the lake he would just unplug the cork and let both boat and dragon sink. That shouldn't zap him and would still kill a dragon.

Of course there's multiple problems like tying up a dragon in the first place ;)

I wasn't aware that they were looking at a lake. XD

You could try getting a dragon drunk before tying. Vincent seemed to be going for that in #11.

If Spiky is to be used as an example, getting a dragon drunk won't be difficult .

If it's a bigger dragon, won't it need more alcohol to get drunk?
